By accessing or using GFTO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

GFTO IS AN ANALYTICS AND VERIFICATION PLATFORM, NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR OR BROKERAGE.

The content, leaderboards, verified statistics, signals, courses, and any other information provided on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. User Responsibilities & Verification

Users may voluntarily connect trading accounts (read-only) for performance verification. You represent and warrant that you own the trading accounts you verify. We reserve the right to revoke verification status or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, manipulation of trading history, or violation of our community standards.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses resulting from them. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

While we endeavor to provide accurate verification metrics, technical issues, broker API constraints, or data delays can occur. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GFTO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including but not limited to any trading signals, courses, or advice provided by other users.
• Any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Trading losses incurred based on information, leaderboards, or interactions on this Platform.

6. Third-Party Content and Brokers

We may link to or list third-party brokers. We do not endorse or guarantee the services provided by any specific broker. Your relationship with any broker is strictly between you and them. We are not liable for any funds lost due to broker insolvency, slippage, disputes, or execution failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
